Or the buyer thinks the refrigerator stays…. not. Property is selling “as is”. What if the inspector finds something wrong? ……what if the seller doesn’t allow hydrostatic testing? The utilities are turned off. The buyer wants to have another look at the HVAC. What about lender required repairs? Oops, the appraisal arrived at a value lower than contract price? What if?
