This course is an overview of Solar Panels and how they affect residential real estate. The course will cover how they are acquired (purchased or leased), how they work, maintenance and upkeep, warranty, break-even point and more.
When listing a property with solar panels, do they add value? How is the value calculated? What is a buyer willing to pay for them? What do appraisers say? What do solar sales people say? Or solar companies? What do roofers say? How are they conveyed? Does the warranty transfer? Let’s talk about this and get answers to your solar panel questions.
