When helping consumers with their transactions, it is imperative that licensees have a good understanding of which forms to use. Between TREC, Texas REALTORS® and other government entities, agents and brokers have a plethora of documents to choose from. The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate license holder with the most currently and commonly used forms in a residential real estate transaction.

Buyers Representation 101 Course #45964 2pm- 4pm

Working with Buyers is perhaps the most rewarding part of the real estate profession.  Often these are the clients and customers who need a REALTOR® most. Buyers are typically the fastest way to a commission check as most are ready to purchase and just need a REALTOR® to guide them through the process.   This course was created for new licensees to provide the necessary steps to prospect for new buyer clients.
