This course has been approved and will count towards TREC's 3 hour contract course requirement.

With all the contract form changes, brokers and agents may still be unsure which form to use and when. Get refreshed on the correct way to use and interpret these updated forms and how to complete them the proper way without engaging in the unauthorized practice of law. License holder will gain a refreshed understanding of specific clauses contained in the contract forms and effectively communicate to your client the need and purpose of the form.

This is an online course, via Zoom, in a virtual classroom setting. An internet connection, speakers, microphone and a webcam (either built-in or attached to your computer) are required to take the course. All classes will be in the virtual setting and should be in a location that is free from distractions.

Note: The course is only free for the first 15 registered members. After the first 15 spots are filled, the standard fee will apply.

Per Person Fee: $30

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if notification is received 2 business days prior to the scheduled class, otherwise a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds will NOT be issued if notification is not received by 12pm the business day before the scheduled class.

Cancellation: If the instructor or provider cancels the course, a full refund will be issued.
