**THIS IS A 4-DAY COURSE** March 11-12 and 18-19 ** Courses must be taken in Order: TACS1, TACS2, TACS3

This course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by learning how to assess the merits of investment property, developing an understanding the consequences of sale and how to develop an exit strategy, identify appropriate contract forms and addenda and when to use them, and how to develop a business plan based on self-awareness.




Refund Policy: Full refund if notification is received 2 business days prior to the scheduled class, otherwise a $20 will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after 12pm the business day before the scheduled class.
