This course will count towards TREC's 3-hour contract course requirement.
The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate professional with the basic understanding of a contract along with the most common contract errors made when writing a contract. Agents will learn about the Short Sale Addendum and the new RSC Disclosure required by TREC. Plus hear about other often misunderstood TREC forms and their proper use. Also how to handle updates and changes to contracts and other related documents and addenda.

This is an online course, via Zoom, in a virtual classroom setting. An internet connection, speakers, microphone and a webcam (either built-in or attached to your computer) are required to take the course. All classes will be in the virtual setting and should be in a location that is free from distractions. *Due to limited staffing, the option to take the course virtually in the SPI Board office is no longer available*
