9am – 12pm – Best Practices Using Constantly Changing Forms (3 CE Credits)
(This course has been approved and will count towards TREC's 3 hour contract course requirement.)
12pm – 1pm Lunch
1pm – 3pm Hot Topics: What’s Happening (2 CE Credits)
Menu Options:
- Fish and Shrimp Plate served with fries.
- Blackened Chicken Alfredo served with fresh garlic bread.
- The Almondy (a almond crusted fillet fish top with sautéed crab fingers in a three cheese cream sauce with fresh garlic, and mashed potatoes)
- The Veracruz (a blackened fillet of fish top of the grilled bell peppers onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms, served with rice.)
