This course by Ginger Unger is designed for residential and commercial agents to obtain an understanding of the cannabis industry within the real estate industry. The agent will understand the federal and state laws concerning cannabis industries in Texas. Agents will become knowledgeable of the expected feasibility documents and actions that a novice person entering the cannabis industry would rely on a real estate agent to explain.
