The promulgated contracts have a large number of blanks. When filling out the contract forms, agents and brokers may have difficulty inputting the correct info. The contract is a legal binding document when all parties agree. Making sure the forms are correctly filled out is imperative. Many parties rely on the completed documents including appraisers. When filling out the forms, expectations must be set, choices offered and decisions made by the principals. The parties involved must be meticulous and scrupulous
