Guiding your clients through their biggest purchase takes an understanding of both the positive and negative consequences to each selection in our contracts and forms.
Acting as both a Fiduciary and a guide hired to explain all their choices, and negotiating power or lack thereof (depending on the market). Empowering Buyers & Sellers with your knowledge and expertise to make the selection that best suits their needs. Whether performing your duties as a Buyers agent or a Sellers agent your advice matters. We are not here to tell the principles what to do, but to share what their options are and the possible response to each selection. Knowledge and competency of those contract forms are imperative, and we review the forms to execute, amend and terminate representation agreements, listing agreements, and the residential contract.

Cancellation: If the instructor or provider cancels the course, a full refund will be issued.
