Real estate transactions are all about the art of negotiation even when speaking with customers of clients. The overall objective of this course is to teach the real estate license holder the art of negotiation as it relates to real estate transactions. How to conduct collaborative vs. adversarial negotiations, implement win-win strategies for mutual gain and a fair outcome, and how to ask strategic questions and practice active listening skills to determine critical needs of the transaction. Look at potential issues that can sabotage negotiations and how to avoid them. Also, learn some of the best methods of presenting an offer or counteroffer and how to effectively communicate to clients what they can expect during the transaction.

Per Person Fee: $20
Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if notification is received 2 business days prior to the scheduled class, otherwise a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds will NOT be issued if notification is not received by 12pm the business day before the scheduled class.
Cancellation: If the instructor or provider cancels the course, a full refund will be issued.
Primary and Secondary Members- If you are a no show you will be billed a no-show fee. If you are a no show for 3 free classes in a calendar year you will not be able to register for any of the free courses for the remainder of the year.
