In this course, the real estate professional will explore different strategies on what to post in an effort to reach their target audience on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. There will be an emphasis on how to create quality content, and the types of content needed to increase your audience engagement. Participants will also learn about the social media scheduling tool, Buffer, and how it can be used to manage posts and campaigns.

LinkedIn is the largest professional social media network in the United States, and this course will teach the real estate agent how to use the platform as an effective marketing tool to grow their sphere of influence and to lead generate. Agents will learn how to use this tool and it’s many features to organically prospect for new clients and connect with current and past clients and other business partners. This introductory course was designed for real estate professionals who want to use social media to expand their online presence in their local market and promote their products and services.

Using Canva to Maximize Your Marketing- Course #45991 2pm- 3pm

Participants will learn how to use the DIY graphic design platform, Canva, to maximize their marketing efforts by designing awesome social media posts and other marketing pieces, such as just listed/just sold postcards and newsletters. Demonstrations’ on how to use the platform will assist the non-designer on how to utilize the service to create their own impressive real estate marketing content.
