The FHA and Fair Housing play major roles in real estate. In this course, you will learn about FHA as an entity, its role in the home buying process and how to best serve clients who are FHA eligible. Agents will learn how the federal loan program’s lending guidelines are directly impacted by the Federal Fair Housing Act. This course explores the areas of law related to the Fair Housing Act and how it applies to the day to-day encounters of the real estate agent and potential impact on real estate transactions.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if notification is received 2 business days prior to the scheduled class, otherwise a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds will NOT be issued if notification is not received by 12pm the business day before the scheduled class.
Primary and Secondary Members- If you are a no show you will be billed a no-show fee. If you are a no show for 3 free classes in a calendar year you will not be able to register for any of the free courses for the remainder of the year.
