United Texas, the anchor of the Affordable Housing Specialist Certification, gives agents the information needed to help clients realize the dream of homeownership. This course will cover low-cost financing, assistance programs, and a host of other options to make housing more affordable and available to all buyers. Partners for this course include the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation, and Southeast Texas Housing Finance Corporation.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if notification is received 2 business days prior to the scheduled class, otherwise a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds will NOT be issued if notification is not received by 12pm the business day before the scheduled class.
Primary and Secondary Members- If you are a no show you will be billed a no-show fee. If you are a no show for 3 free classes in a calendar year you will not be able to register for any of the free courses for the remainder of the year.
