FREE FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY MEMBERS
This course is designed to provide real estate license holders with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program as well as the Texas Veterans Housing Assistance Program - the two most commonly used home loans for Texas military veterans. Course covers in depth VA loan benefits, the pre-approval process, making offers, inspections, and using VA with VHAP, so that Realtors can better assist military home buyers or sellers who received VA offers on their homes.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if notification is received 2 business days prior to the scheduled class, otherwise a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds will NOT be issued if notification is not received by 12pm the business day before the scheduled class.
Primary and Secondary Members- If you are a no show you will be billed a $10 no-show fee. If you are a no show for 3 free classes in a calendar year you will not be able to register for any of the free courses for the remainder of the year.
