This course has been approved and will count towards TREC's 3 hour contract course requirement.

A contingency is a provision in a real estate contract that specifies the contract would cease to exist upon the occurrence of a certain event. This course will familiarize the agent with the various situations that have contingencies, not just the sale of other properties forms and notices. During this course, we also look at the contract and view the various outs and contingencies that should be satisfied to get to closing. per person fee  = $30.00

Refund Policy:    A   full refund   will be issued if notification is received   2 business days prior   to the scheduled class, otherwise a   $5 fee   will be deducted from your refund.   Partial refunds   will   NOT   be issued if notification is not received by   12pm the business day before   the scheduled class.
