Course Description: This course will provide an overview of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges including an introduction to 1031 Exchanges, all basic rules, regulations, benefits and other concepts necessary for a successful 1031 Exchange.

Advanced 1031 Exchanges
Course Description: The Advanced 1031 Exchange Course offers insight into additional concepts and potential pitfalls of a 1031 exchange, as well as an in depth discussion of reverse and improvement exchanges.

Cancellation: If the instructor or provider cancels the course, a full refund will be issued.
This is an online course, via Zoom, in a virtual classroom setting. An internet connection, speakers, microphone and a webcam (either built-in or attached to your computer) are required to take the course. All classes will be in the virtual setting and should be in a location that is free from distractions.
