This course has been approved and will count towards TREC's 3-hour contract course requirement.
This course was designed to dissect all the major paragraphs within the 1-4 contract. By taken
a closer look at common errors and introducing the two new addendum and their use.
Additionally, learning the new update to the Mandatory Membership in a Property Owner’s
Association Addendum and when to use the General Information to Buyers and sellers Notice.
Completing this course, license hold will learn when to use 1-4 family contract, meaning and
use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the form.
