Cianna has been an island native since 2010, and visited almost every summer since the 90's. Houston was home before becoming a full time resident to South Padre Island. In 2002, her family started one of the first vacation rental companies - Vacation Villas of South Padre Island - renting a house on Gardenia St with a handful of others. Fastforward to 2010, the family business grew to managing 15+ luxury properties! From 2010 - 2017 Cianna was a full time vacation rental manager/admin assistant/reservationist/bookkeeper/you name it - all while getting two degrees at UTRGV. When she graduated from college, she knew she wanted to stay at South Padre and grow the family business as a real estate sales agent. Now (2025) with several years of experience, Cianna has become a real estate broker, mentored two agents, and has consistently been a top producing agent at the South Padre Island Board of Realtors since 2020. She loves what she does and teaching agents, clients, and customers what she knows.
